Children’s vest pattern.
Yarn: ALIZE LANA GOLD (100g / 240m; 50% wool, 50% acrylic).
Color number: 55 (white).
Number of skeins: 2.
Knitting needles: No. 4 (straight and circular).
Size: 3 years (height 92 cm).
Used knitting techniques: 1×1 elastic, Aranian pattern with braids.

The width of the pattern is 52 loops. In height we knit from the 1st to the 16th row.Knitting density: 22p x 24p = 10 x 10 connected by a pattern according to the scheme.

Back:

On straight knitting needles No. 4, take 52 loops and knit with an elastic band 1×1 – 5 cm. In the last row, add 4 p. evenly. Continue knitting in the following order: 1 hem, 1 p., 52 p. a loop. We knit in this sequence 33 cm. To cut the neckline, close the middle 18 p. And knit both halves separately, closing to round out the cut 1 p. At a total height of 34 cm, close 18 shoulder loops (symmetrically).

Before:

On straight knitting needles No. 4, take 52 loops and knit with an elastic band 1×1 – 5 cm. In the last row, add 4 p. evenly. Continue knitting in the following order: 1 hem, 1 p., 52 p. a loop. We knit in this sequence 29 cm. For the neckline, close the middle 12 p. And knit both halves separately. Reduce to the right and left of the center evenly and symmetrically in one loop 4 times.At a total height of 34 cm, close 18 shoulder loops (symmetrically).

Vest assembly:

Perform shoulder and side seams.
We use circular knitting needles No. 4. Raise 58-60 p. Along the lateral edges on the front and rear edges of the neckline, leaving the front 12 loops open. Tie 6 cm with 1×1 elastic and close all the loops. Sew the edges of the collar to the open part.Raise 44 loops of the armhole of the sleeve and knit with an elastic band 1×1 – 2 cm. Close the loops.
