The height of the toys to the tips of the ears: compote – 21 cm; caramel – 16 cm, biscuit – 18 cm.
Tools and materials:
Hook 2.5 or 2 mm. Hook 1.5 or 1.25 for eyes and noses.
The filler is chlorofiber, a little padding polyester.
Yarn ALIZE Cotton Gold, 55% cotton, 45% acrylic, 330 m / 100 g. Analogous to the specified yarn
is YarnArt Jeans.
For Caramel: orange, dark brown, yellow, red;
For Compote: orange, dark brown, yellow, aqua, petrol (or
a suitable shade for aqua, but darker);
For Cookie Monster: orange, dark brown, yellow, blue, light blue, white.
A little bit of smooth and fine white yarn for the eyes, black for the noses, in
this version of VITA cotton COCO, another one is possible (at least 200 m / 50 g).
Mouline thread for mouth embroidery.
Black sewn on rhinestones d = 8 mm – 6 pcs.
Black or dark blue buttons 6 mm (8 mm is possible) – 2 pcs.

Here it is better to take a synthetic winterizer, it (unlike chlorofiber) can be pushed through with a knitting needle.
We push the filling in very small pieces, otherwise it will expand the leg and
get out between the posts. At the end of the last row we make a SS, cut the thread and
we fix.
In the same way we knit the second leg, but the thread at the end
do not cut.
Now we will connect the legs in
torso. We hold the legs so that both
feet “looked forward”. We knit
columns of both legs in one row. We have
it turns out:
14 p: 4 sc of the first leg, 5 sc of the second
legs, 1 sc of the first leg = 10 sc
It doesn’t matter where and with what leg to start, for knitting
this will not affect the next rows, the main thing is that they
were connected in the middle and the feet looked in
one side.
15 p: 10 sc
16 p: (2 sc, UB, 1 sc) * 2 = 8 sc
17 p: 8 sc
Stop forward
We fill the connected part. Since the body is very thin and the head is large, we strengthen the neck.
Take 3 cotton swabs, cut on one side
wadded part (otherwise too long) and
we fasten them on this side, wrapping
with a plaster.
We insert the sticks with the fastened part into
detail, then we knit around them.
18 p: (UB, 2 sc) * 2 = 6 sc
19-21 RR: 6 PRS
We make a SS, cut the thread, leaving the end for
sewing and fixing.
Where we finished knitting the head, we expand
(pencil, thick knitting needle, whatever) three
holes as close to each other as possible and
we insert the free ends of cotton swabs into them.
Not very convenient, but you have to try.
Gently push the sticks into the head, trying to
this will not break them until the head is connected to the body.
Sew the torso to the head.
Dress (red):
We hold the caramel with our head towards us and directly over the head, around the body (close to it)
we collect 8 PRS (1 row). Better to start from the back.
We attach a thread, we make a VP – this is the first column.
